Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders or on a try-before-you-buy basis. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item that is sold out or will become available soon but is not yet in inventory. We may charge no payment or charge a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then process and charge the full payment or remaining balance at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not been prepared. If the order has already been prepared, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for more information.

 
Try before you buy

 When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before the order is prepared. You will have a specified period to decide whether to keep the item. Once that period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge the full amount to your payment method.
