Shipping policy

Destinations, rates, and free shipping

We ship to Mexico, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European countries enabled in our store.

Available options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout according to the destination, currency, and contents of the order.

We offer free standard shipping when the order value reaches the following amounts:

• Mexico: from MXN $2,000.

• United States and Canada: from MXN $7,500 or its equivalent in the currency displayed at checkout.

• Europe and the United Kingdom: from MXN $9,000 or its equivalent in the currency displayed at checkout.

Below these amounts, the shipping rate shown before payment is completed will apply.

Transit times begin when the package is handed to the carrier. All time frames are estimates and may vary due to peak seasons, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond NiPA’s control.

Other destinations

If no shipping rate is available for your destination country at checkout, email us at hola@nipaestudio.com before placing your order and include:

• The products and sizes you would like.

• Country, city, and postal code.

• Contact phone number.

We will send you the estimated cost and delivery time. If you accept the quote, you will receive a secure Shopify link to complete payment. Unless otherwise indicated, the quote will remain valid for 72 hours.

Tracking, customs, and restrictions

Once the carrier scans the package, you will receive tracking information. The estimated delivery date may be adjusted while the shipment is in transit.

Any taxes, duties, or import charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, seasonality, weather, or carrier incidents.

Returns

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Time frames and conditions vary according to the order’s destination:

• Mexico: online purchases may be returned within five business days after delivery.
• European Union and United Kingdom: customers may give notice of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after delivery.
• United States, Canada, and other destinations: we do not offer voluntary returns due to change of mind, size, or personal preference.

In every market, we will address defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products in accordance with applicable law and our Returns and Refunds Policy.
